"Pride and Prejudice" star Keira Knightley admits to feeling uncomfortable dressing up and prefers British men because they are less concerned about appearance.

"I don't know why I'm a scrub," Knightley said.
"I've got some great clothes and I'll put them on, do my makeup and my hair, stand in front of the mirror and feel like such an idiot," she told InStyle.
Despite her protestations, Knightley was selected by People.com as one of the best-dressed stars at this year's Oscars.
She says British men don't really know how to answer if you ask them about their "beauty regime." She says she likes that, People reported.
In the July issue of InStyle, however, Knightley was quoted saying one particular American does appeal to her. Johnny Depp, who costars in "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" and "Dead Man's Chest," is a pretty good kisser, she said.
But Knightley's primary personal interest is in Rupert Friend, 24, her "Pride and Prejudice" costar. She and Friend didn't become an item until the film was finished.
"I haven't ever had an on-set romance with anyone, and I still haven't," she said.
