The TLC series released a preview for the show's forthcoming season that sees Gosselin handle her sextuplets' 12th birthday, new puppies and other "exhausting" challenges.

"Yep! It's TRUE! An ALL NEW SEASON of #KatePlus8 starts on Nov 22 at 10/9c!!!! Kids, get your homework done so Mom lets you stay up 2 watch!" the 41-year-old reality star tweeted.

The new season will open with a 10th anniversary special Nov. 22.

The episode will take "a look back over the years with never-before seen footage and new interviews with the family," according to a press release.

"From meal time and school day prep to one-on-one time with mom and sibling rivalries, Kate and her kids have adjusted to fit the growing needs of the tight-knit unit," the release reads.

"They discuss some of their fondest moments and also share how close they have become."

Gosselin shares eight children -- 16-year-old twins Cara and Mady and 12-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah -- with ex-husband Jon Gosselin.

The family's show originally debuted as "Jon & Kate Plus 8" in 2007 but was renamed after the couple's divorce.

Gosselin's sextuplets celebrated their 12th birthday in May, while the twins turned 16 in October.

Jon, who is reportedly estranged from Cara and Mady, wished his daughters a belated happy birthday on Instagram.
