Kanye West's "Gold Digger" featuring Jamie Foxx survived a fifth week atop the Billboard Hot 100 and Hot Ringtones charts Thursday.

Gold Digger" also led Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Pop 100 charts for a fourth week and notched a second week atop the Hot Rap Songs chart.
Nickelback's "Photograph" is hot on its trail, however, knocking West to No. 2 on the Hot Digital Songs chart and holding onto No. 1 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart.
The rock song moved up to No. 3 on the Hot 100 this week, behind Mariah Carey's "Shake It Off" in the No. 2 position while Carey's "We Belong Together" fell to No. 9.
Bow Wow's "Like You" dropped to No. 4 on the Hot 100 and the Black Eyed Peas' "My Humps" held onto the No. 5 spot. Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends" was No. 6 and David Banner's "Play" was No. 7.
"Soul Survivor" by Young Jeezy featuring Akon broke into the Top 10 at No. 8 and "Sugar, We're Goin' Down" by Fall Out Boy returned to the Top 10.
