A Chicago-area man was charged after picking up a baseball bat and chasing a juvenile who had entered his home to pull an early Halloween prank.
The juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct, while Pelletiere was charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated assault, the Tribune reported.
The police did not release any details about the nature of the juvenile's prank or list his age.
