A federal judge issued an arrest warrant for deejay Lee "Crazy Cabbie" Mroszak, who skipped a New York court hearing on tax charges and may be in drug rehab.

The deejay's lawyer, who also was unable to reach his client, said Mroszak may have checked into a rehab program after spending five days in a hospital psychiatric ward, the New York Post reported.
Mroszak broke down "over a personal problem with his girlfriend," attorney Allan Passin said. The radio personality said in earlier interviews with Howard Stern he had stopped taking medication for his bipolar disorder. Infinity Broadcasting later pulled him from the air.
U.S. District Judge John Gleeson gave Mroszak until 5 p.m. Thursday to report to probation officials or be arrested for failing to show up in court on tax charges.
