"My brother is making this all up.  He has no credibility," she told People in a Wednesday report.  "I can't even stomach the lies he's saying about me."

Jason Hummel is one of five people "close to the situation" who recently told Us Weekly that the 32-year-old Jon & Kate Plus 8 star and 23-year-old third-grade teacher have been having an affair for the past few months, according to a cover story report published in the magazine's May 18 issue.

Both Deanna and Gosselin have previously denied they are in a romantic relationship.

"My brother is very shady," she told People. "He has no job. He has a criminal background. He was charged for drug distribution. He's on probation right now."

Jason claimed that Deanna and Gosselin met in mid-January before Gosselin began "relentlessly pursuing" his younger sister and subsequently began making routine visits to the house the two siblings share.

Deanna alleges the soon-to-be-former roommate is probably the reason behind Jason's allegations.

"He wanted to get back at me," she told People.  "He knows he's getting kicked out of the house."

In addition to Deanna characterizing Jason's claim that he has overheard the two having sex as "completely crazy," she also wasn't too pleased by the fact he identified her as a third-grade teacher.

"I'm so hurt that he put my occupation out there. He has put my job in jeopardy," she told People.  "I can't take my kids to recess without worrying that people will come up and harass me and the other teachers. It's not fair."

Gosselin was first spotted with Deanna on April 18 when the two were photographed leaving Legends Lounge in the same vehicle during the early morning hours.  At the time, Gosselin's wife Kate was across the country in Bellevue, WA promoting her new book, "Eight Little Faces: A Mom's Journey."
