The 24-year-old former "19 Kids & Counting" star, husband Derick Dillard and son Israel took a break from their mission work in El Salvador to attend "Bringing Up Bates" star Michaella Bates' nuptials to Brandon Keilen.

Duggar shared a photo of herself and Israel greeting mom Michelle Duggar at the airport prior to serving as a bridesmaid for Bates.

She, Dillard and their son returned to Central America with sister Joy Duggar and Bates' sister Carlin Bates on Sunday.

Bates is the eldest daughter of William "Gil" Bates and Kelly Jo Bates, another family with 19 children.

The group are longtime friends of the Duggars, and came to fame on TLC series "United Bates of America." "Bringing Up Bates" airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on Up TV.

Duggar and Dillard married in June 2014, and welcomed Israel in April.

The couple departed for El Salvador in early July, prior to "19 Kids & Counting" being canceled in the wake of Josh Duggar's molestation scandal.
