Jennifer Lopez to serve as 'Saturday Night Live' host and musical act

U.S. singer and actress Jennifer Lopez has been booked as both guest host and musical act for an upcoming episode of "Saturday Night Live," NBC said.

Lopez is expected to appear on the Feb. 27 episode of the long-running sketch comedy series.
This will be the second time Lopez plays the dual role of host and musical guest, the network noted.
Lopez is set to release her seventh studio album "Love?" in April. She will also be seen in the romantic comedy "The Back-Up Plan" in theaters April 23.
