The pair married in 1997 and stayed together almost a year, Hellomagazine.com reported Thursday. After the divorce, they remained on good terms, perhaps because she offered him the manager's job at Madre's, a California restaurant she opened in April 2002.
The occasional male model, who was paid $1,000 a week, says his ex-wife promised not to fire him "without good cause," but Noa was dismissed after six months.
The suit was filed Tuesday in Los Angeles and seeks unspecified damages.
