The Los Angeles Superior Court has issued a restraining order keeping the man arrested for entering Jennifer Aniston's Malibu home 100 yards away from her.

David Hesterbey, 48, of Santa Barbara, Calif., was arrested Thursday after he walked through an unlocked door of Aniston's beachfront home.

Police said Hesterbey climbed the security wall around the house and walked in the house, asking employees if the actress was home. She was, in fact, shooting a movie in Chicago.

Hesterby was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

The actress later sought and was granted the restraining order keeping Hesterbey away from her and her home, E! Online reported Monday.
