Janeane Garofalo will star in the NBC comedy pilot "All In," based on the life of poker champ Annie Duke, the Hollywood Reporter said Monday.

Garofalo currently works as a talk show host on Air America Radio. She earned two Emmy nominations for her performance as Paula in "The Larry Sanders Show" on HBO, and is due on U.S. theater screens in director Marc Forster's upcoming feature "Stay."

In "All In," she will play a single mom who plays poker professionally in Las Vegas.

The Reporter also said Clark Gregg ("In Good Company,""We Were Soldiers") has been cast opposite Julia Louis-Dreyfus in the CBS comedy pilot "Old Christine." Louis-Dreyfus will play a divorced mom, while Gregg will play her ex-husband.
