Hulu CEO Mike Hopkins has acknowledged stripping 19 Kids & Counting from the video-streaming website.

Hulu removed TLC's show on Thursday after Josh Duggar admitted to having molested a handful of young girls when he was a teenager. His offenses have been taken very seriously, so it remains unknown whether Hulu's move is temporary or permanent.

19 Kids & Counting is unavailable on Hulu "for the time being," Hopkins told CNNMoney, according to Us Weekly.

Hopkins said that since TLC and Hulu are "partners," once the network "took [the show] off their platforms," Hulu followed suit. However, it has yet to be disclosed whether TLC has canceled 19 Kids & Counting for good.

It also doesn't help TLC that numerous advertisers now refuse to be associated with the popular reality series starring the large Duggar family. Many companies have publicly announced their decision and concerns on social media, further damaging the Duggar brand.

As time progresses, more and more advertisers have dropped out of their contracts with the network. They are Payless ShoeSource, Choice Hotels, Walgreens, Crayola, David's Bridal, Pure Leaf Iced Tea, CVS, Ace Hardware, General Mills, ConAgra, Party City, and Behr Paint.

Josh, 27, is currently married with three children and has another baby on the way. His 2006 police report claims Josh had "forcibly fondled" five girls' breasts and genitals -- some of whom included his own sisters -- when he was 14-years-old about 12 years ago.

Josh has since apologized many times and expressed deep regret. His parents Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar have done the same, as they had kept the reputation-shattering information hidden for quite some time.
