The New York hotel clerk who ended up on the wrong end of "Gladiator" Russell Crowe's temper last month, says he's still waiting for an apology.

Crowe chucked a telephone at Mercer Hotel clerk Nestor Estrada June 6 after he could not reach his wife. He has repeatedly said since the widely reported incident he would apologize to the clerk, who suffered a cut under his eye.
But Estrada's attorney, Eric Franz, tells the New York Post the Australian actor has been unusually quiet -- at least in this case.
"The last time Mr. Crowe attempted to contact (Estrada) by telephone, Mr. Estrada ended up on the ground bleeding," Franz said.
Crowe has said in three nationally televised interviews, including one with David Letterman, he wants to apologize to Estrada, the Post said.
