Police said the 17-year-old, whose name wasn't released, entered an apartment in Yoshkar-Ola and took the jars of honey, RIA Novosti reported Friday.
Investigators said the thief left in a hurry when the clanking of the jars alerted a resident. The thief left behind a pair of slippers.
