Hollywood actress Glenn Close has married her boyfriend, David Shaw, it was reported Tuesday.

The five-time Oscar nominee and star of FX TV's "The Shield" was married Friday in a small, private ceremony in Maine, her publicist told People magazine.
Close, 58, has been married twice before and has a 17-year-old daughter.
Shaw is the founder and chief executive officer of IDEXX Laboratories, a publicly held biotech firm based in Westbrook, Maine, with annual revenues of more than $600 million.
