History to premiere new 'Sold!' auctioneer reality show on April 11

The History channel says it plans to start airing "Sold!," a show starring Missouri Ozarks auctioneer Rick Bryant, next month.

"'Sold!' captures not only the comedy and drama of a family-owned auction business, but also the historic back-story of the objects being bought and sold," a synopsis said.
"Buyers and sellers come to Bryant Auction from hundreds of miles away every week for a bidding showdown. It's anybody's guess who will win and who will lose, but everyone knows they're in for an eyeful of rare collectibles, crazy one-of-a-kind items, and a colorful cast of characters who'd do anything to energize a crowd."
