Heidi Pratt apparently wants to prove that not all the bodily features she flaunts were gained through plastic surgery.

The Hills star -- who underwent breast augmentation surgery in April 2007 -- announced she plans to share her fitness secrets in a new downloadable workout series titled The Heidi Workout, People reported Tuesday.

"Staying fit is something I'm really passionate about," Pratt, who changed her last name from Montag after marrying Spencer Pratt, told People. "I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week"

Developed with trainer Chad Waterbury, The Heidi Workout will include her routine of "full-body, intense resistance exercises" as well as nutritional tips, according to People.

Waterbury added he's been working with Pratt to give her body "a hard look with a feminine shape" -- which presumably was a plus when she recently posed for Playboy magazine's September issue.

"When she came to me her butt was really flat and she wanted to make it bigger.  Now, it's nice, shapely and round," Waterbury told People.  "She loves showing off her body now.  She called me from her Playboy shoot and was so excited. The photographers were raving about her."

Pratt's Playboy pictorial has previously been described as "tasteful."
