A source told MSNBC's The Scoop that Mills would urge a boycott of the clothing chain over its use of fur imported from China.
"... The Beijing Times reports animals are literally skinned alive" in China, the source said.
Mills will be flying from England to Hollywood Saturday where she will be honored by the animal rights group PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, The Scoop said.
She will then travel to New York to lead the protest against J. Crew on a day next week yet to be announced.
