The magazine, published by Conde Nast, which also publishes Vanity Fair, dubbed Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg the worst-dressed man in Silicon Valley, citing his preference for wearing wide ties with jeans and a sport coat.
Steve Jobs, the Apple founder famous for his black turtleneck look, was No. 2 on the list, while Microsoft founder Bill Gates' array of V-neck sweaters landed him in third place.
Also appearing on the list were Adobe Chief Executive Officer Shantanu Narayen, Foursquare CEO Dennis Crowley, LinkedIn Chairman Reid Hoffman and Myspace co-founder Tom Anderson.
