Giada De Laurentiis reportedly has a new boyfriend and he's a TV producer spearheading Tyra Banks' new talk show FABLife.

Laurentiis, a 45-year-old celebrity chef and Food Network star, is romantically involved with Shane Farley, Us Weekly reported.

The couple reportedly began dating since at least the beginning of August, when they were caught getting touchy-feely at a Nick Jonas concert in Las Vegas.

"They were making out... in full view of everyone," an eyewitness told Us of the pair's August 1 outing at the Cromwell. "They are super affectionate... all over each other."

Another insider explained that Laurentiis just recently brought her beau to a Halloween party.

"She seemed super happy with him and they were hanging out with all of her best friends," the insider revealed. "She was feeding him bites of different appetizers and then holding his hand. All of Giada's friends know Shane and have hung out with him many times. She seems very comfortable around him and in love."

Laurentiis' divorce from Todd Thompson, her husband of 11 years, was finalized in September. She had married the 52-year-old fashion designer in May 2003 and they announced their separation in December 2014. However, the Italian chef later disclosed they had actually split in July of that year.

Laurentiis, who served as a mentor on Food Network Star beginning in June 2010, and Thompson never signed a prenuptial agreement but they decided to share custody of their seven-year-old daughter Jade.

Farley, the former executive producer of The Rachael Ray Show, is unfortunately still technically married to personal trainer Jennifer Giamo. Their March divorce paperwork has yet to be finalized.

Giamo's lawyer Barry S. Guaglardi recently told Us that his client is hurt by the new romance.

"My client is devastated by what she has learned through the tabloids," Guaglardi said of Giamo. "'Hurtful' would be a mild characterization. That is the only statement we will be making today."
