"Otto has made use of a clause and canceled my contract because I'm pregnant," Klum, pregnant with her second child, wrote on her Web site.
Klum designed a signature fashion line for Otto. The current spring line will be available until June, and a summer collection will still be made available.
"With this collection, I'll be saying goodbye to all the women and babies who liked to wear the clothes I designed," said Klum.
