George Clooney said Tuesday his single days are behind him and he's settled down with his Italian girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis.

Clooney told reporters in Paris "I'm with someone" when asked about his availability, the Italian news agency ANSA reported Tuesday.

"I'm extremely happy with my private life. I'm lucky enough to live with sweet company, to be in good health, to have wonderful friends and a formidable family," Clooney said. "I couldn't dream for better."

Clooney, who spends a lot of time at his Lake Como villa, was first seen last year with Sardinia-born Canalis, 31, a television personality and actress.
