Workers at a Los Angeles hotel where the pop star and husband Kevin Federline were staying in March found the positive baby test in the trash can of the couple's bathroom and sold it to an Ottawa radio station, Zap2it.com reported Wednesday.
Once Spears publicly confirmed her pregnancy last month, the station auctioned the test kit to Quebec's GoldenPalace.com for $5,001.
The Internet casino is notorious for purchasing such items from eBay as the grilled cheese Virgin Mary and an ex-stripper's HH silicone implants.
