Fox Broadcasting Company and America Online will kick off the "Paradise Hotel Sweepstakes" during Part One of the "American Idol 2" finale, which airs Tuesday, May 20 (8:00-9:00 PM Live ET/PT) on FOX. AOL subscribers can win the chance to audition for "Paradise Hotel" daily beginning Tuesday, May 20 through Thursday, May 29. Each Sweepstakes is an opportunity, exclusive to AOL subscribers meeting eligibility criteria, for viewers to become participants on "Paradise Hotel" which premieres Monday, June 16 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Sometime during Part One of the "American Idol" finale on Tuesday, viewers who are AOL subscribers meeting eligibility criteria can go to AOL KEYWORD: "Paradise Hotel" and enter the sweepstakes to win a trip to Los Angeles and the chance to audition to become a reality resident at Paradise Hotel. The chosen sweepstakes winner will be announced on Wednesday, May 21, during Part Two of the "American Idol" finale (8:00-10:00 PM Live ET/PT) on FOX.

"Paradise Hotel" follows guests who are given the "opportunity of a lifetime" — to live together in the most exclusive resort ever created. Each week a hotel guest will be voted off and another will be welcomed in. It is the goal of every guest to remain in paradise as long as possible. The series will air new episodes on Mondays (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) and Wednesdays (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).

"Paradise Hotel" is a format brought to FOX by Mentorn, a production subsidiary of the United Kingdom's The Television Corporation. It was devised by Howard Davidson and Phil Roberts from Mentorn's development team. The Mentorn production team, led by executive producers Tom Gutteridge and Charles Thompson, is working in the United States in association with Los Angeles-based executive producer Arthur Smith and his production company, A. Smith & Co.
