By Elizabeth Kwiatkowski, 01/28/2014

Former America's Next Top Model finalist Analeigh Tipton will reportedly star in a pilot for a new television series on ABC.

The 25-year-old model-turned-actress has been chosen to star in an untitled comedy pilot that will be written and executive produced by Jeff Lowell, whose previous credits include Just Shoot Me and Two and a Half Menaccording to The Hollywood Reporter.

Lowell will reportedly work alongside Peter Traugott, who will also serve as an executive producer of the pilot, which will be produced by ABC Studios and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.

The untitled comedy series will reportedly expose the unfiltered internal monologues of a young couple, Peter and Dana -- a pretty and friendly character who will be played by Tipton -- as they begin a new relationship.

Tipton competed on America's Next Top Model's eleventh season in 2008. She finished in third place, losing to runner-up Samantha Potter and winner Brittany "McKey" Sullivan.

Since her stint on Top Model, Tipton has appeared on numerous TV shows and movies, including The Big Bang Theory and Crazy, Stupid, Love.

Tipton also got engaged to her boyfriend Aaron McManus in late December of last year.
