The U.S. Justice Department wants to destroy 63,000 copies of the board game "Ghettopoly," seized from a ship that arrived in Tacoma, Wash., from China.

The game is a take-off on the popular classic "Monopoly" and retails for $39.95.
TheSmokingGun Web site reports the government filed a forfeiture request for the game, which has such elements as buying stolen property, prostitution, building crack houses, paying protection and carjacking. The properties bear such names as Chico's Bodega and Smitty's XXX Peep Show.
The game, created by David Chang, initially debuted last year and was decried by black leaders across the country. Hasbro, which owns "Monopoly," filed a federal copyright suit against the knock-off. That suit is still pending in Rhode Island.
Chang has 30 days to challenge the Justice Department forfeiture request.
