Evanescence singer Amy Lee sues former manager for sexual assault

Evanescence singer Amy Lee has filed suit in Los Angeles claiming her former manager sexually harassed and assaulted her.

The suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court claims Dennis Rider ran his hand up her leg and told Lee "he wanted to perform a gynecological examination on her," TMZ.com reported Wednesday.
Rider's firm filed suit against Lee last week, claiming the group owned the firm millions of dollars in unpaid commissions.
