Estella Warren's lawyer says the actress is staying in a residential treatment facility following her recent arrest in Los Angeles for alleged drunken driving.

Warren, 32, was charged last week with misdemeanor drunken driving, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
The charges against her stem from a May 23 episode during which she allegedly drove under the influence of drugs or alcohol, hit several cars and tried to escape from the police station where she was being booked.
The "Planet of the Apes" and "Kangaroo Jack" star's attorney Darren Kavinoky told People.com Friday Warren is voluntarily wearing an alcohol-detecting bracelet because "she wants to prove she isn't drinking."
"She's committed to making the situation right and moving on in a way that's appropriate," Kavinoky added.
"Estella's attitude towards this whole thing is awesome. She's more than accepting. She's embracing the personal opportunities that have come from this."
