E! has announced Party Monsters: Cabo, a new reality competition series that will challenge event planners to throw the ultimate party, will premiere Friday, December 12 at 10PM ET/PT.
Party Monsters: Cabo will begin with nine event planners being whisked to the LG Villa Cabo resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to see who can throw the "ultimate party" for Hollywood celebrities that range from P. Diddy and Lil Jon to Carmen Electra and Brody Jenner.
In each episode, the contestants will plan and present their party ideas to the show's judging panel -- host Michele Merkin, in-house expert Brian Worely and a special celebrity guest. The last contestant standing at the end of the competition will then have 24 hours to execute their party using the other contestants as assistants. The winner will receive the position of "celebrity event planner" at the resort. "This series has all the right elements for our audience -- celebrity parties, cut-throat competition and nonstop drama," said E! programming executive Lisa Berger. "The dynamic group of contestants and exciting roster of celebrities that we've attracted for this series are certain to hook viewers from the first episode." Party Monsters: Cabo is produced by 3Ball Productions in conjunction with Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment.
