Denise Richards selling home near former friend Heather Locklear

Actress Denise Richards, separated from Charlie Sheen, put her $4.3 million Westlake, Calif., home on the market after a spat with neighbor Heather Locklear.

Richards bought the 7,400-square-foot house after she split with soon-to-be ex-husband Sheen and has owned it only about a year, the Los Angeles Times reported.

She was introduced to the pricey neighborhood by Heather Locklear, who lives nearby, but their friendship quickly cooled, the newspaper said. Locklear found out her estranged husband, Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi, was dating Richards.

The two women's relationship ended, and Richards decided to move from the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom that overlooks a golf course.

Richards, 35, appeared on several segments of "Spin City," that co-starred Sheen, 40, and Locklear, 44.
