Demi Lavato completed her rehab this week and the teenage singer-actress was back in her Los Angeles home, sources told People magazine.

People reported Saturday the 18-year-old former Disney star would be focusing on getting back on course after a backstage scuffle with a male dancer during the Jonas Brothers fall tour.
Sources told People Lovato went into treatment for "emotional and physical issues" and would continue to see physicians who will help her continue her progress.
"For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends," a source said. "She is so grateful to all of her fans for their support."
