Dean Unglert has confirmed he's not dating his Bachelor in Paradise love, Kristina Schulman.

"We're not together, but I wish her the best," Dean told Entertainment Tonight. "But Kristina is amazing. She deserves the absolute best."

Dean admitted he's still single, and when asked whether he's currently looking for love, Dean replied, "Yeah, absolutely."

"Yeah," Dean continued, "we all are, right?"

As for whether Dean and Kristina may get back together in the future, Dean said, "Anything is possible."

"We both care a lot about each other," the Season 13 The Bachelorette contestant told ET. "So I would say never fully close the door on anything, I guess."

Dean refused to admit whom he plans to kiss under the mistletoe this holiday season, but he jokingly noted he's "sadly" on Santa's "Naughty List."

"I'll strive for the 'Nice List' next year," Dean said.

In September, Dean told Us Weekly that he was on "good terms" with Kristina and there was "no more bad blood."

"Kristina's great. You know, her and I had to sit down and talk to each other and hopefully there's a time that we can figure it out and see what happens from there. But we're just for now casually talking and seeing if there's anything there," he had said.

Around that same time, Kristina confessed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show -- with Dean sitting by her side -- that she'd be willing to give him another chance as long as he learned from his mistakes.

"I think that I personally have a lot of growth to do, but she's amazing and I hope that we can continue to talk and see where that might lead," Dean said in reply on Ellen's show.

Bachelor in Paradise's fourth season this past summer chronicled the rise and fall of Dean and Kristina's romance thanks to his love triangle with Danielle Lombard.

Dean was caught in the middle of two love interests. While he ended up choosing to pursue a relationship with Danielle in Mexico, he quickly realized he had made a mistake in allowing Kristina to quit and go home.

According to photos on social media, Dean signed up to compete on The Bachelor Winter Games, which will premiere on ABC in February 2018.

The Bachelor Winter Games began filming on Tuesday with a small-town parade in Manchester, Vermont, featuring many bachelors and bachelorettes who are franchise favorites, including Dean.
