David Schwimmer's publicist confirmed the U.S. actor and director married his British girlfriend Zoe Buckman in a small private ceremony last June.
Schwimmer is best known for his work on TV's "Friends" and in the animated "Madagascar" movies.
Buckman is a photographer.
The couple met in 2007 when Buckman was working as a waitress and Schwimmer was shooting a movie in her hometown of London, People.com said.
