David Letterman read a list of possible "Biblical Television Shows" on "Late Show" in New York as the miniseries "The Bible" continues to be a ratings hit.

Letterman announced the titles on his satirical roster last Thursday, during the Catholic holy season of Lent and shortly after Pope Francis was elected.
