David Hasselhoff's estranged wife filed a motion in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking a restraining order because of alleged domestic violence.
The couple have split their children with each having custody of a daughter, the Web site said.
Documents concerning Monday hearings have been "sealed in a lockbox" because they contain mental health records, a court official said.
The "Baywatch" star filed for divorce in January and his wife filed her own petition the next day.
