Danny DeVito joining FX's 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' cast

Emmy Award-winner Danny DeVito is joining the cast of the FX cable network's returning comedy "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."
DeVito will play the successful father of Dennis and Sweet Dee, who moves to the city to try and recapture his youth while spending more time with his kids, Zap2it.com reported Wednesday.
DeVito won an Emmy in 1981 for playing Louie on "Taxi" and was nominated four other times, most recently for a 2004 guest role on "Friends."
A star of the big screen as well, DeVito has also appeared in "Be Cool,""Heist" and "Big Fish."
