Sports Illustrated swimsuit model May Andersen was kicked out of the United States for alleged bad behavior on a Miami-bound flight.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials put Andersen on a flight back to the Netherlands Monday, days after she allegedly slapped a Martinair flight attendant and fought with police at Miami International Airport.

Her New York modeling agency denied bad behavior had anything to do with the deportation, telling the New York Daily News it was merely a problem with paperwork and the 23-year-old supermodel will be back in the United States soon.

A federal spokesman would not say why the model was sent packing, citing privacy rules.

If she does return, however, she will face charges in Miami of misdemeanor battery, resisting arrest and disorderly intoxication.
