Dancing with the Stars eliminee Wanya Morris was a frontrunner in the competition all season long, but now that he's out of the running, the Boyz II Men singer is advising the remaining competition to watch out for Nyle DiMarco.

"I would have to say that for anyone else to have a good chance of winning, they have to dance for their lives," Morris said during a Tuesday appearance on Good Morning America with his pro partner Lindsay Arnold. "I mean, Nyle is a phenomenon, you know what I mean?"

DiMarco, the latest winner of America's Next Top Model who is paired with pro Peta Murgatroyd, is the second deaf contestant to ever compete on Dancing with the Stars.

"He can't hear the music but he's dancing, he's acting. He's doing everything that it takes," Morris continued. "There's a lot of good chances on this show, but everyone has to dance their hearts out because it's basically been set up now for [Nyle] to take it home. You know, it's a great story."

"It's tough," Arnold repeated twice when evaluating the field.

As far as Morris' time on Dancing with the Stars goes, he insisted he "absolutely" has no regrets.

"I left it all out there -- way out there -- on the dance floor. And I feel really good thanks to my Z-pack diet," Morris said, referencing his nickname for Arnold.

A little over a month ago, Morris revealed he had lost 22 pounds in four weeks simply from rehearsing with Arnold for the show.

"For the most part, I persevered, I endured. It's a lot of long afternoons, a lot of long evenings, a lot of dancing," the singer said.

"I feel absolutely great. I feel like it was a blessing God gave me to be able to experience this. It's just something I never could have forecasted. I'm just excited to even be here [on GMA] right now!"

During Monday night's semi-finals performance show, Morris and Arnold topped the judges' leaderboard in first place after receiving a perfect total score of 60 points for their two routines. Judge Len Goodman even said, "If natural dance talent was in the dictionary, there would be a picture next to it of Wanya."

"I completely agree with that," Arnold noted.

"The best part of this season for me was watching him transform as a dancer, watching his body transform. It was like he turned into a new man. He gained a new self-confidence I think he didn't have before, and I love watching that, because as a pro, that's more rewarding than getting the mirrorball, honestly."

Arnold added that it was "so special" to know she played a role in Morris' growth.

NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown and his pro partner Sharna Burgess were also eliminated Monday night.

In addition to DiMarco, UFC fighter Paige VanZant and GMA meteorologist Ginger Zee are still in the running to win Dancing with the Stars' 22nd season. VanZant is paired with pro Mark Ballas, while Zee's partner is Val Chmerkovskiy.
