Dancing with the Stars has crowned Jordan Fisher and professional dance partner Lindsay Arnold its Season 25 champions.

The actor, singer and Broadway star was declared the winner of Dancing with the Stars during Tuesday night's live two-hour finale broadcast on ABC. He and Lindsay therefore walked away with the show's coveted mirrorball trophy.

"I think you are the most complete male celebrity ever on Dancing with the Stars," judge Len Goodman told Jordan after his final dance of the season.

And judge Bruno Tonioli agreed Jordan was "one of the best" contestants they've ever had on the show.

Jordan and Lindsay were revealed to be Dancing with the Stars champions based on the combination of judges' scores and home viewer votes they had received during this week's two performance shows on Monday and Tuesday night.

"Dancing with the Stars is, strangely enough, not all about dancing. It's about a journey. It's about letting people get to know more about you and it's about you learning more about yourself, and it's hard to imagine that being over," Jordan said before the results were announced.

This season marks Lindsay's first DWTS win as a pro partner in her six seasons on the show. Last season, she came very close to victory when she finished as the runner-up with retired pro baseball player David Ross.

When Lindsay and Jordan were announced as the winners, they hugged onstage and were lifted upon the shoulders of their fellow cast members as confetti fell from above.

"I honestly can't even put it into words," Lindsay said in tears when asked by DWTS host Tom Bergeron what it was like to work with Jordan. "He's made me a better person, teacher, choreographer, and I'm so grateful for the time we've had together, and I wouldn't change a thing."

Internationally-recognized violinist Lindsey Stirling and partner Mark Ballas claimed second place. In all of Mark's seasons on Dancing with the Stars, he has made it to the finals numerous times but only won a mirrorball trophy twice.

"That little girl that begged for violin lessons and dance lessons, this show has helped the two come together," Lindsey said during the finale.

"That's a dream come true... Throughout this journey, I have learned so much about myself. It's emotional, it's physical, it's even spiritual. And I just really feel like it's made me re-learn who I am in a really different way, and it's been amazing."

Actor and race car driver Frankie Muniz and partner Witney Carson finished the Season 25 competition in third place.

"This show happened to me at the perfect time. The energy from the people in the ballroom, it made me feel so alive. It was the first time in a really long time I put myself out there and it was successful," Frankie said before learning his fate.

"This has been the hardest thing I've ever done but also the most enjoyable thing I've ever been a part of -- all because of [Witney]. Even if I don't win, this has still been the most amazing experience of my life."

Len called Frankie "the underdog" in the competition, saying he had to work harder than anyone else to make it to the finals. The judge referred to Lindsey as "the artist" with "wonderful musicality," and he called Jordan "the natural" and "the one to beat."

Jordan and Lindsay actually tied for first place on the combined two-night judges' leaderboard with Lindsey and Mark.

Both couples received a total perfect score of 140 points for their four routines in the finals from Dancing with the Stars judges Len, Bruno and Carrie Ann Inaba, as well as Monday night's guest judge, Julianne Hough.

Meanwhile, Frankie and Witney took third on the combined leaderboard with 134 total points.

Tuesday night's "Christmas Spectacular" finale featured the Top 3 couples each reprising their favorite dance of the season and then performing one last quickly-rehearsed dance routine for the "24-Hour Fusion Challenge," which combined two different styles of ballroom dance into one complicated routine.

For Round 1, Jordan and Lindsay performed a samba as their favorite dance of the season, and they received 30 points from the judges for it. The pair later followed it up with a 30-point worthy salsa and paso doble fusion routine.

Lindsey and Mark received a perfect score of 30 points for their encore jive routine and then an additional 30 points from the judges for their tango and cha cha fusion.

Frankie and Witney initially danced their pirate-inspired Argentine tango from earlier in the season that earned 30 points from the judges. And for their fusion routine, the pair performed a foxtrot and tango mix, which added 28 points to their scores.

During Monday night's broadcast, the Top 3 finalists and their respective partners danced in the following two rounds of competition: A "Redemption Dance," which was an improved encore performance of a previously-performed dance on the show, and the fan-favorite "Freestyle Dance," which was a supersized routine with no rules or limitations -- just high expectations.

Property Brothers star Drew Scott and partner Emma Slater were also a part of Monday night's performance show, but they were eliminated from the competition in fourth place by the end of the night.
