Cox Radio head Marc Morgan doesn't seem too concerned about satellite radio, especially the New York-based satcaster Sirius, says a report.

Morgan, in a reference to syndicated morning man Howard Stern's forthcoming arrival at Sirius, said: "To upset terrestrial radio, it would take many, many more shows other than Stern's to make an impact," reports Radio & Records.
Morgan was speaking at the UBC Media Week in New York.
He also questioned the business model that both Sirius and XM are based on.
"We've said all along that the business model is something we can't figure out," Morgan said. "When are you going to make a profit, and how are you going to do it?"
He also said that while there's been much talk about iPods taking away potential radio listeners, it's no different than when the Walkman was first introduced by Sony 25 years ago.
"There are a lot of threats for everybody, but we think radio is better positioned to compete in the fragmented radio world. I believe that more today than when I got into the business 32 years ago," he said.
