"There are huge changes in my body and my face, and I obsess over them," Cox told the August issue of Marie Claire.
In excerpts of the interview obtained by "Entertainment Tonight," the actress said she just avoids mirrors. She said she doesn't have a problem with plastic surgery, but her husband, David Arquette does.
"It's hard getting older," she said.
Cox Arquette said she recently returned to therapy.
"I was starting to notice some things, and I wanted to stop judging myself so much," she said. "I'm such a nurturer of others, I thought maybe it was time to start nurturing myself."
The "Friends" star said she had some blues as her "hormones were settling" following the birth of her daughter, Coco, but she and her husband are considering having another child in the near future.
