Christina Applegate's publicist says the U.S. actress and breast-cancer survivor is pregnant with her first child.
Her representative told People.com she is expecting her first child with Dutch bass player Martyn Lenoble, 41.
The couple dated for two years before becoming engaged last February, the Web site said.
The baby's gender and due date were not reported.
