Charlie Sheen vowed in a radio interview not to back down from the producers of "Two and a Half Men" following the abrupt cancellation of the U.S. series.

In his second scathing on-air attack on the leadership of the show, Sheen said he considered the cancellation to be a breach of contract.

"They picked a fight with the wrong guy," Sheen said Friday on the Los Angeles "Loose Cannons" program. "They are in absolute breach. I expressed an opinion and I got the First Amendment behind me."

CBS and Warner Bros pulled the plug on the remainder of the "Two and a Half Men" season Thursday after Sheen lambasted the producers of the series and CBS in an interview. Sheen has been grappling with substance-abuse issues.

Sheen told the Loose Cannons he held up his responsibilities and indicated possible legal action aimed at recouping this season's paychecks for himself and the crew of the series. "We are at war and there are ways to deal with these clowns and take all their money," he said.

Sheen apparently isn't planning on limiting his jabs to radio. He told TMZ.com he was formulating plans for a tell-all book about his 8 years on "Two and a Half Men" and anticipated the bidding among publishers to start at $10 million.
