Two Boltman suits, the outfits worn by San Diego Chargers mascots, attracted interest but no bidders when put up for auction on eBay, their owner says.

More than 3,200 people logged on to the auction entry over seven days but no one made an offer, The San Diego Union-Tribune reported. The asking price sought by Chargers fan Dan Jauregui was $75,000.
Jauregui spent 13 seasons parading around at games dressed as Boltman.
"Many we have spoken to cite the economy as a primary reason the Boltman did not sell at auction," Jauregui wrote in an e-mail Monday. "Or ... would it be more like trying to separate Clark Kent from Superman?"
The newspaper said comments from people after an earlier story about the costumes going up for sale indicated the asking price may have been a tad high.
"75,000 dollars?" one person wrote. "There may be a sucker born every minute but nobody is that stupid."
"God bless him," another wrote. "I sure don't have $75K for something like that ... nor anywhere to put it ... ."
