"Tuesday Night Book Club" will follow a group of upper middle class suburban wives and mothers as they deal with "the day-to-day pressures of raising children and maintaining households, not to mention satisfying their husbands and concealing their indiscretions and infidelities," Daily Variety reported.
CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler did not specify a timetable but said multiple episodes have been ordered and the show could hit the air this summer.
Cable's Bravo network launched a similar-sounding reality show this week called "Real Housewives of Orange County."
