CBS has picked up a second blog-based series concept from Ashton Kutcher's Katalyst Productions titled "Dear Girls Above Me."

Following the acquisition two weeks ago of Kutcher's "Shh -- Don't Tell Steve," CBS bought the "Dear Girls" concept based on a blog and Twitter feed about someone "recounting what they're overhearing on a daily basis," The Hollywood Reporter said Friday.

Entries from the blog include quotes from the girls, followed by the listener's reactions.

Samples include: "'Aww, I felt so bad, this homeless-looking bearded guy on Fairfax actually thought it was New Years.' Happy Rosh Hashanah ladies," and "'He said he was Spanish but not a Mexican. What the hell, that doesn't even make sense!' It does to the entire country of Spain."

Kutcher, Jason Goldberg and David Schiff are slated as executive producers, with Charlie McDowell and Justin Lader as writers for the series.
