Clayton was officially announced as The Bachelor star for Season 26 in late November.
"I'm a Midwest boy from New Jersey that just wants to find love, and I can't wait to get married and have kids," Clayton says in a trailer for the new season.
And one day after ABC's big announcement of Clayton's casting, the former pro football player from Missouri revealed on Good Morning America that he had definitely found love while filming his season.
ABC initially released a cast of 33 potential bachelorettes for The Bachelor 26 back in late September, and the network just revealed its final set of 31 women in mid-December 2021.

The bachelorette calls herself a "driven upward climber" in her career
Cassidy has worked in guest services for about 10 years, and she's been working at Titanium Recruiting Inc. since March 2020.
She currently holds down a job as an executive recruiter with a focus in fire protection and low voltage security industries for Titanium Recruiting, which is based in Los Angeles, CA.
Cassidy is the direct contact for Titanium's partnered clients throughout Canada and the American Midwest.
Cassidy wants to find a driven and confident man, just like herself
The bachelorette is looking for a partner who can keep up with her fast-paced lifestyle.
She wants a man who is attracted to her independence as well as a teammate who wants to create a home with her.
Cassidy also wants to find someone who can match her adventurous nature.

Cassidy previously lived in Arizona and Massachusetts
Cassidy received her Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Arizona State University in 2016.
Cassidy proceeded to work as a bartender in the Greater Boston Area in 2016 for several years before moving to California in 2020.
She had served drinks at either Legal Sea Foods, Stephanie's On Newbury, or Scampo in Boston.
