However, Underwood previously revealed she and her 30-year-old husband Mike Fishner -- who is a hockey player for the NHL's Ottawa Senators -- are not planning to have children in the near future.
"Everybody, like, is on this baby bandwagon, I don't know what the deal is," Underwood told Us in December. "But I would really like to figure out what it's like to be married first, and I know he would too."
The country singer and Fishner got engaged in December 2009 and wed in July in Greensboro, GA.
