Candace Cameron Bure wishes that Andrea Barber -- her best friend and former "Full House" costar -- was also on "Dancing with the Stars" this season.

The 38-year-old actress has struggled in competition the past two weeks, but says Barber is always there to support her and cheer her up.

One such time was when Bure invited her friend back to her dressing room after she faced elimination again on Monday night. Bure left the room for a brief moment, and Barber was wearing the actress's sparkly silver competition outfit when she came back.

"I totally caught her red-handed!" Bure tells Us Weekly with a laugh. "She screamed, and she was like, 'I thought you were going to be longer! I wanted to try on your dress!' It was so funny. We always have so much fun together."

"I think we need to have more 'Full House' girls on the show!" the actress continues. "DWTS Full House edition! Oh my gosh, yes. That would be so fun. I would totally do it."

Until then, Barber and their other costars, like Lori Loughlin, will have to support Bure from the sidelines.

"[Barber is] just over the moon that I'm on the show," Bure says. "She loves coming. I think she's coming again next week. It's become Andrea's mommy's night out! She comes to the show and then we go to dinner and have a few drinks after."

"Dancing with the Stars" airs at 8 p.m. ET Mondays on ABC.
