Footage has surfaced from Caitlyn Jenner's February car crash that allegedly shows, once and for all, the former Olympian did not commit a felony.

Jenner, 65, was involved in a car collision on February 7 in Malibu which resulted in the death of Kim Howe.

The 69-year-old widow's two adult stepchildren -- Dana Redmond and William Howe -- later filed a lawsuit against Jenner claiming he was "careless and negligent" when his Cadillac Escalade slammed into the back of Kim's Lexus sedan. The force of the crash reportedly pushed Kim's vehicle into oncoming traffic and head on into a Hummer, which killed her right at the scene.

However, according to law enforcement sources, investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department obtained a video from an MTA bus camera that shows Jenner simply being inattentive behind the wheel, TMZ reported.

The footage proves Jenner certainly smashed into Kim's Lexus and a black Prius, but only as a result of "ordinary negligence," which could carry a charge of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. Investigators told TMZ that's the highest charge Jenner might face.

Jenner was therefore not speeding or engaging in texting and/or talking on the phone. The former athlete was also not under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. In fact, Jenner's case may reportedly get dismissed altogether.

Jenner's new reality series, I Am Cait, is set to premiere Sunday, July 26 at 9PM ET/PT on E!.
